Affiliate Programme Terms

Any Candela account holder may join through the partner portal. Joining creates an affiliate account with Whop, our billing and payout platform, using the email address on your Candela account. One affiliate account per person. We may decline or revoke Programme membership at our discretion, including for any breach of these terms.

You receive personal referral links through the portal. Whop attributes a referral when someone follows your link and subscribes within its attribution window (currently 30 days). For our website links, the referral is also recorded on the trader's Candela account at sign-up, so commission is attributed when they later upgrade. Tracking is automated; we cannot add referrals manually or re-attribute past purchases.

Website-link attribution uses a first-party referral cookie which, under UK privacy law, is set only if the visitor accepts cookies on our consent banner. A visitor who chooses “Essential only” cannot be attributed to you, and no commission arises from their purchases. This is a legal constraint that applies to every partner equally; we cannot reconstruct or manually add referrals lost to a declined banner.

Your commission starts at 10% of each subscription payment made by your referrals — the first payment and every renewal while they remain subscribed and you remain in the Programme. Partner levels can raise your rate automatically as your number of active referred subscribers grows (currently 20% at 10 and 30% at 25, as published on the affiliates page). A level, once reached, is not taken away.

• ●Commission applies to Candela subscription plans only. One-off purchases (such as AI credit packs) do not earn commission.
• ●If a referred payment is refunded, disputed or charged back, the associated commission is reversed.
• ●Self-referrals do not earn commission — you can't be your own referral.
• ●We may change commission rates or the plans they apply to with reasonable notice. Changes apply to future payments, never to commission you've already earned.

Payouts are handled entirely by Whop. Each commission is held for 30 days from the payment date (Whop's refund window) and then released to your withdrawable Whop balance. You'll need a Whop account in the same email to withdraw. Candela never holds or transfers your money. You are responsible for any tax due on your earnings; nothing here is tax advice.

• ●Always disclose the relationship. Wherever you share your link, make the affiliate relationship clear — “ad”, “affiliate link” or #ad all work. UK advertising rules require it, whatever the platform.
• ●Never promise trading profits. Candela is a journaling and educational tool. Don't present it as a way to make money, a signal service, or financial advice — and don't imply results (“get funded faster”, “boost your win rate”) that the product doesn't claim.
• ●Promote honestly: no spam, no misleading claims about the product or pricing, no fake urgency or invented discounts.
• ●Don't impersonate Candela — no accounts, domains or pages that present themselves as official, and no bidding on “Candela” brand terms in paid search.
• ●No artificial traffic: cookie stuffing, forced clicks, bots, incentivised sign-ups that misrepresent the product, or any mechanism that manufactures attribution.

You can leave the Programme at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or end your membership at any time, including where these terms are breached. If membership ends through a serious breach — fraud, artificial traffic, or promotion that creates legal or regulatory risk — unpaid commissions connected to that breach are forfeited. Otherwise, commission already earned is honoured and paid on Whop's normal schedule; future payments from your referrals stop earning commission once you leave.

We may update these terms as the Programme evolves. If we make a material change we'll tell you — in the portal or by email — before it takes effect. Continuing in the Programme after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you don't, you can leave at any time.

Being an affiliate doesn't make you our employee, agent or partner, and doesn't authorise you to make commitments on our behalf. The Programme is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the commissions payable to you. Whop is an independent platform with its own terms, which also apply to your Whop account. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
